    To keep everything fair, we here at Free Gift Rotator have decided that it would be in the best interest of the members (who want to be placed in the Rotator), to wait until we have 20 registered members to begin the Rotator Process. The reason behind this change was because we figured that it would not be fair if someone is placed on the Rotator with very few registered members, and once their Rotator time expires, another person takes their place with many new registered members. The first person would have not received the same chance the second person would have received, and because of this, is why we will wait until we have 20 new members to begin the Rotator (switching) process.
